There may be spoilers below so if you aren't up to date with Supernatural, it is recommend (by me!) that you catch up with current episodes. You have been warned! And you can also check out the season trailer...
Since the season is based on God's sister the Darkness, or Amara as she's known by to the brothers. No matter what the brothers do she has God level powers. When she was released by Dean having his curse mark removed from season 10. And as anyone who has been locked away by God since probably the beginning of time, or eons at the very least, Amara is out for revenge.
The biggest problem is her power. In my opinion, it seems very overpowering to put God's sister in the show if there isn't even anything strong enough to defeat her. All the angels in heaven attempted to smite her but failed. Even Lucifer attempted to use a Hand of God against her, which also failed. For this reason God must definitely appear in any way- even just a real dream to Sam not sent by Lucifer. TVline stated in one of their articles that Rob Benedict will appear again as Chuck, God's latest prophet.
The brothers therefore need Lucifer to be freed. Of course Lucifer, being the Devil and all, end up taking over Castiel and overthrowing Crowley as the king of hell, and deciding to annihilate the human race, as he does. So then they had to deal with both Amara and Lucifer. With an angry Crowley with them they have to take care of Lucifer before the Darkness but Amara ends up kidnapping Lucifer.
To further her ends Amara threatens to kill Lucifer, the first and probably favourite son of God. But will God show himself for the Devil? But maybe he's already helped out the Winchesters. In episode 17, 'Red Meat', Sam nearly dies or does he actually die and is there a greater power in action behind it all? TVline also stated that God would be focused upon more in the second half of the season as well as the effects of Death's death (that just sound weird but yeah!)

Batman v Superman: "Dawn of Justice" or simply a dusk for the film?
The ratings, despite all the hype before the film's release, weren't too good.
7.3/10 : IMDb
29% : Rotten Tomatoes
44% : Metacritic
If you haven't seen the film yet, don't let this get you down about what you think about the film. Check out the trailer below and listen to what your friends have to say about it if they've seen it.
The reviews dropped considerably since the premiere on the 25th March. Its IMDb rating dropped from 9.4/10 to just 7.3/10 in the first week. But, just after its first week, it plummeted (faster that Superman). Its first week gross domestically was about $166 million, however after that week the gross dropped by over $100 million and became just $52 million. Now, I'm not saying that's not a big amount of money, but if you consider the fact that it was a 69% drop, it could be considered disastrous for the film. Some critics, such as Gitesh Pandya, think that the film may not even break the $1 billion mark worldwide considering the rate of decline.
However, many big hits have had large declines. Take Harry Potter for example, which had a 72% weekend decline. It still went to break the $1 billion mark for the film. Worldwide, the film is currently passing the $600 million break point to about $684 million. Now THIS is a big number. It could be thought that maybe it isn't too bad when we look at films such as The Dark Knight Rises which grossed around $1.1 billion worldwide or Iron Man 3 which grossed about a bit more that $1.2 billion.
What did you think of Batman VS Superman?
What we can be sure is that this film is certainly going to be leading into many different DC universe films. Wonder Woman is already on its way as well as the newest Flash film too. We definitely have those to look forward to!

TWD Season 6 finale "Something to Fear" indeed!
I was on holiday for a few weeks but now that I'm back in civilization, the first thing to do was catch up on all missed TV show episodes (as you do!). So the time to see the season 6 finale of The Walking Dead! And OH MY GOD it was such an unbelievable cliff hanger.
If you haven't seen the episode it's something that you must watch as soon as possible! Just check out the promo trailer which I watched before going on holiday...
Be sure you've watched the episode before going any further: SPOILERS below!
It seemed to be going so well for the group from season 6. Sure it could be seen that the good luck could only last for SO long. But still, in the last few episodes, things went so badly for the group it's almost like the writers decided that they didn't want the group to feel anything close to comfort!
After multiple deaths through the season, the finale ended with the appearance of Negan, played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan. With Rick's group captured and lined up in front of him and his barb wire studded baseball bat, which he calls Lucille, we see him swing the bat at SOMEONE! But it is not shown who was killed in the final minutes of the season finale. The producers promised that fans would find who the dead person was in the season 7 premiere which will come out some time early this October! They also left us with the nugget of information that the person who died is someone who is loved very much.
So who is it? In the comic books, Negan killed Glenn. And as per the nugget of information, it could very well be him since he is very much loved by fans. However, the TV show has not entirely followed the comic books for its plot. Also it is unlikely that the person killed was Rick or Carl since Negan warned Rick if he moved he would be fed his son's remaining eye. But the most loved characters are probably the core members of the Rick group in my opinion it would be between Maggie, Glenn, Daryl or Michonne. BUT the truth is simply that it could be anyone!
Be sure to comment who you think Negan killed below...

The Flash: Season 2 so far! And Episode 16 promo
After catching up on the second season of The Flash in one LONG binge watching session, I was left speechless by the end. New plot twists just kept appearing one after the other in unbelievable ways and kept me watching through the emotional roller-coaster. I can't believe what it must have been for the characters if they were real.
If you haven't seen the second season yet be sure to check out the trailer below and don't read on! Unless you want spoilers of course...
So to start, it certainly took me a while to wrap my head around the concept of there being different Earths and universes which could be travelled between. But I finally understood! With the appearance of another Flash, a.k.a Jay Garrick, (played by Teddy Sears) from Earth 2, I felt something was wrong, especially when he was someone whose speed force had bee stolen. With the new arch-nemesis, The Flash brought back what it had lost after the death of Reverse Flash, someone who was Barry's focus to get even faster to be able to beat!
Jay Garrick became such a vital part of the team, helping despite not having his speed force anymore. He was the forebringer of warning to the team about Zoom! It became apparent that Harrison and Jay didn't get on very well on Earth 2 but they seemed to reconcile after Jay saved Harrison's life. But then episode 15 ends with Zoom stabbing Jay Garrick through the chest... only to take off his own mask and be Jay Garrick!
This sent my mind reeling and after reading all possible theories, I'm still really baffled! I guess I'll just have to wait till the break is over on the 22nd of March! Check out the upcoming episodes' promo trailer below...
Explaining the point of there being another Harrison Wells (played by Henry Cavanagh) from Earth 2 is confusing too! The Earth 1 counterpart was the Reverse Flash, who was killed at the end of Season 1. This Harrison Wells had a daughter! Personally, I thought that this season would follow a similar storyline of the last season but everything changed when Harrison Wells began to help Barry. Ofcourse the ulterior motive is that Zoom has his daughter held hostage to steal Barry's speed force like Zoom did with Jay Garrick. I guess Harrison Wells on any Earth all have secrets hidden deep down! But who is the masked man who is also imprisoned with Wells' daughter?
Now, Cisco (played by Carlos Valdes) revealed his powers to everyone! And gave himself a new superb name: Vibe! This was not new news to any watchers since he had been having these visions since his death in the alternate timeline, which was deleted when Barry went back in time in Season 1, at the hands of the Reverse Flash.

Black Sails: Season 3 so far!
It would be an understatement if I were to say that I was NOT expecting the plot twists that have happened in Black Sails so far. If you haven't seen the release of the new season be sure to check out my last post about #BlackSails here before going any further!
BEWARE: SPOILERS AHEAD!
After the loss of his beloved in the last season, it seems that Captain Flint has nearly lost his mind. The only thing stopping him from insanity is probably John Silver. Through the first few episodes, they seem hostile towards each other however, when they are captured in a remote island they seem to get their relationship knitted while facing death. Long John Silver is finally realizing the effects of delving into the deep dark places inside Captain Flint to keep him on the edge.
And Flint's feud with Blackbeard. As he is one of the most feared pirates on the Seven Seas, it was my opinion that it would be best for Captain Flint and Captain Vane to keep in his good graces, however its just another day for them: fighting to the death in a gun-slinging duel! Charles Vane used to be Blackbeard's second hand man until he betrayed Blackbeard, and helped Eleanor throw him off the island to gain control of Nassau. But it appears he is willing to forgive that. But will he forgive this SECOND betrayal?
But after Eleanor's arrest, it appears the powerhouse of the British Empire is being seen through Woodes Rodgers. Woodes decides he needs Eleanor's help to take over And they end up being in control of Nassau with help of the allure of the universal pardon for all crimes. The last season ended with Captian Hornigold taking the pardon and becoming a pirate hunter for the Empire.
But I'm so happy that Rakham is still making a name for himself. He may not be as good at pirating as the others but if there's one thing that he has: it's guts and courage. His trick with his letter to Anne about not giving Woodes the half of the Spanish gold, which he and Anne Bonny stole, was something even I wasn't expecting. Since Woodes really needs the money, it seems that Rakham stopped Woodes' takeover of Nassau; a name making task. Well Done Rakham!
Now it's all up to Anne Bonny. She has Woodes on her back but she also has Charles Vane and Captain Flint who want the gold to fund their attack on Nassau! I guess we'll only find out in the next few episodes!

Luckily he has Madi Scott on the island to keep him company. But will this relationship change into something more...?It's not an option. #BlackSails pic.twitter.com/mrBVvvhciP— Black Sails (@BlkSails_Starz) 28 February 2016
